The B4G Process

Building a successful business is like building a home with thousands of parts that have to connect together in a way that strengthens the business. The Blueprint for Entrepreneurial Growth (B4G) model is a system of proven tools and disciplines connected together to simplify the way you build and run your company. B4G removes complexity and helps you cut through all the distractions to achieve your vision.

Assessment

B4G facilitates a number of important steps starting with an assessment that analyzes your business’s performance on eight key drivers of value. Along with your overall score, you will see a score for each of the eight drivers.

Foundation Day

You and your leadership team will walk away with methods to break-through ceilings, a framework to instill accountability throughout your organization, set clear, specific and actionable objectives & key results, and metrics to guide you to the next level in your development.

Blueprint Building Days

Your custom blueprint will help set your vision, guiding principles, core purpose, marketing strategy, and objectives & key results. B4G business consultants will also look at trends that will impact your business and industry, and set milestones so that you’ll know you’re on a successful build.

Monthly One-on-Ones

Our one on ones consist of two components.  The first is to follow a prescribed sequence of topics customized for your company to foster continued business growth. The second is an opportunity to discuss those more time-sensitive unique challenges and opportunities that arise.

Quarterly and Annual Plan Reviews

Creating a 12-week-year mindset where you harness your resources, brilliance and energy to keep you on track to achieve your long-term vision. We will also be with you in between quarterly plan reviews to help you stay laser focused.
